Niall O'Neill

Born in Dublin, Ireland, Niall O'Neill developed an early awareness of nutrition and the body's response to food after being diagnosed with coeliac disease as an infant — an experience that shaped his long-term interest in performance and wellbeing.

He has trained across multiple disciplines including judo, boxing, football, and GAA — and is a certified Level 2 GAA coach. He studied his Master's degree in International Business, Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University.

Upgrade Your Body brings together his experience in high-performance physical disciplines, business systems thinking, and a deep belief that simple, repeatable systems change more than intense, short-lived efforts.
